岗位职责:
1.挖掘、稳定客户,维护其良好关系,完成每月既定任务,定期向市场销售总监汇报工作;
Mine and stabilize customers, maintain relationship, complete monthly tasks and report to marketing director regularly;
2.及时掌握竞争酒店的动态,并时刻注意客户公司在竞争酒店产量,并作出相应的对策;
Keep abreast of the development of competitive hotels in time, pay attention to the output of competitive hotels and make corresponding countermeasures;
3.对不断变化的市场,包括竞争和市场趋势,及时向管理层提供反馈;
Provide timely feedback to management on changing markets, including competition and market trends;
4.参加每日简报会和每月月度总结会;
Attend daily briefing and monthly summary meeting;
5.处理和管理客户的查询或问题;
Handle and manage customer queries or issues;
6.积极主动,负责跟进新的销售线索,以增强客户体验;
Be proactive and responsible for following up new sales leads to enhance customer experience;
7.及时更新客户资料,每周拜访计划整理;
Update customer information in time and arrange weekly visit plan.
