岗位职责

1. Reviews production lines to ensure use of control plans and process sheet.

2. Support for the quality data analysis planning and regular quality report preparation

3. Follow audit plan , including regular and random process audit

4. Deal with nonconforming products  and push the team to do analysis the root cause and set up action plan about the nonconformity, follow the status & effective of preventive and corrective actions

5. Following the action plan set up and implementation for the performance lower than the target

6. Customer complains following

7. Follow the quality improvement projects, push the team to do continue improvement

8. Quality concept & basic tool training for relative persons

补充说明：

Qualification:

1.1. Bachelor Degree or above major in Manufacturing engineering or related;机械工程相关专业学士以上学位;

2. At least 3 years of machining operation and management experience;3年以上制造企业质量工作经验;

3. Familiar with quality system and tools and relevant qulity standards.熟悉质量相关工具、体系及各种标准；

4. Basic at read and written English;基本的英语读写能力;
